Sabbatical

Bradley Wilde, the co-founder of Access Legal, established the firm with a clear vision to provide exceptional legal services. Prior to dedicating his full professional focus to the firm’s establishment, he prioritised significant work and family commitments, raising his children who have since completed their education and embarked on independent professional pursuits.

Through diligent effort and strategic development Access Legal has flourished under his leadership, earning a distinguished reputation as a highly respected legal practice.

Leadership Transition and Operational Continuity

Over the past 11 years Mr. Wilde has worked tirelessly to ensure Access Legals success. The time has now come for him to take leave in the form of a sabbatical. Mr. Wilde has implemented a leadership transition strategy. During his absence, the day-to-day management and operational oversight of Access Legal will be competently handled by Ross Feather. The firm’s operational framework, underpinned by developed policies and procedures, is designed for continuity of service and upholds the firm’s commitment to its clientele.

This strategic arrangement has been put in place for Access Legal to continue to deliver the high standards of legal advice and client support for which it is renowned.

Mr. Wilde will return refreshed next year.
